Mold
Providing high quality molds by enabling processing on the order of 1 μm with the advanced technology and the latest processing equipment, and handling “design” “production” “assembly” “try” all in-house is possible.
From multi-pot molds for auto molding to conventional molds for hydraulic presses, we manufacture according to the product specifications, the numbers of production, and the existing equipment.
Transparent Resin Mold
Transparent resin is used in optical sensor systems such as proximity sensors and illumination sensors mounted on smartphones and so on. Unlike ordinary black resins, transparent resins do not contain fillers, etc.

Black Resin Mold

Hydraulic Press Mold
We also manufacture conventional dies and MGP dies that use hydraulic presses. Over 1000 units have been manufactured in the past, and both black resin and transparent resin types can be manufactured.

Trim and Form Equipment
We can customize the equipment configuration according to the customer's request, such as after-mold trim & form, individual cut singulation, image inspection and so on.
We have experience on large format frames of 100mm x 300mm and high-speed image inspection of engraving and leads.
Trim and Form Mold
We propose a mold structure in order to correspond the ever-increasing quality requirements such as narrow pitch leads and sensor package of irregular shape, special bending such as cam bending and roller bending is used in addition to ordinary bending methods to minimize damage to the package.
